presence, commissioned by dialogue marketing agency Lehr & Brose of Hamburg.
The interactive building society - BHW, a service oriented building society,
integrates direct marketing and deployment of its sales force into its site www.bhw.de
and accommodates all its business units there too:
building society, insurance, banking and property.
The objective: direct sales of building society services and
other financial products, channelling new customers to the external sales force
and total integration of sales force staff, who can use the service themselves to
attract customers and build the business.
